The Dossier User Group has announced that it will hold its 21st annual meeting on May 6-7 at the Renaissance Hotel and Nashville Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn. The Dossier Users Group is an independent organization of fleet professionals whose common interest is their use of Dossier maintenance management software from Arsenault Associates.

“This meeting is designed to deliver value,” says user group Chairman Doug White, vice president of maintenance for Dunbar Armored. “This year’s Dossier User Group will concentrate on training for increased productivity and lower operating expenses. In my many years of experience with the group, I am proud to say that past attendees have reported back in overwhelming numbers that the meeting met or exceeded expectations, and that they left with valuable knowledge that could be put into practice back at their company.”

Beyond topics applicable to all Dossier users, this year’s agenda will include three parallel breakout paths, each with multiple sessions intended to provide in-depth information on specific subjects for specific users with specific concerns. Training will be focused, in-depth and targeted for practical results, the company says.

Dossier User Group members operate large and small fleets in many diverse industries, including trucking, construction, schools, motorcoach, waste, utilities, distribution, food, manufacturing, government, service industries and many more.

According to Bob Hausler, vice president of marketing and technology for Burlington, N.J.-based Arsenault, anyone who uses or depends on information provided by Dossier software should attend; that would include fleet managers, general managers, chief executive officers, chief financial officers, shop managers, parts managers and technicians.

“The training part of the event alone justifies the cost of attending,” Hausler says. “All attendees will learn how to better use Dossier to save money and increase productivity. While Dossier is very easy to use, it is still a deep application. Even the most advanced users leverage only a fraction of what the program can do.”
