Comdata Corp. announced an alliance with Regal Software Technologies, a provider of software and consulting services and a Microsoft Gold Certified partner. Comdata says this agreement will enable customers of either company to expand their corporate payment programs with an electronic accounts payable solution integrated into the Microsoft Dynamics accounting suite.
The electronic payment solution is suited for mid- to large-size companies focused on achieving business process efficiency, cost savings and incremental margin improvement, Comdata says. The application modules provided by Regal are designed to allow for seamless integration with Dynamics, giving users an alternative payment method to manual check disbursements. With the electronic payment solution, Comdata electronically generates a unique MasterCard account number for every vendor payable and provides settlement data to automate the reconciliation process.
“Comdata’s partnership with Regal Software will allow customers to simplify the accounts payable process and provide opportunities for clients to turn a current expense into a potential revenue generator,” says Scott Phillips, executive vice president and general manager for Comdata corporate payment solutions.
