National Transportation Consultants and The Hill Group Inc. — led by John Hill, former administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration — announced Thursday, April 16, the formation of a partnership between the two companies. Hill says that he will maintain his longstanding commitment to improving highway safety as he transitions from the government sector to working with private industry through his new consulting company.
“My experience working with the commercial vehicle industry, state and federal legislators, state government safety officials and the U.S. Department of Transportation allowed me to meet many individuals similarly dedicated to making our highways safer,” he says. “National Transportation Consultants Inc., led by President Joe Morrison and his highly qualified team, is such a dedicated company. I look forward to partnering with them.”
Morrison says Hill brings with him a wealth of experience and leadership that will allow clients of both companies to continue to improve their safety and compliance programs and reduce the number of crashes. “I am very pleased John chose to join National Transportation Consultants and work with our clients to improve transportation safety,” Morrison says.
