Whiting Systems Inc. says its new website, www.whitingsystems.com, is designed to help users easily navigate and find information about the company’s products, services and capabilities. The company, through its “Fleet Image Program,” provides automatic large vehicle washes and cleaning detergents, and also service, reporting and analysis through individual account managers and a service team.
“Nothing beats a face-to-face meeting with a customer or prospect,” says Russ Whiting, president of Whiting Systems Inc., based in Alexander, Ark. “However, in today’s fast-paced information market, people do their research and homework on the Internet. We wanted a website that tells people who we are, what we do, and how we can help clients earn a greater profit by implementing our Fleet Image Program.”
Whiting says customers have a wide variety of wash needs and that it is important to easily find products, read about them, see pictures and/or watch a video. “We are in business to help our customers,” he says. “The Internet is a great way to connect a business need to a solution. Once that connection is made, we can do what we do best — earn the business.”
