New LNG fueling station opens at Port of Long Beach

Clean Energy Fuels has opened a new liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station at the corner of Anaheim and 1st streets at the Port of Long Beach in California.

The station has two 25,000-gallon LNG storage tanks, six LNG dispensers and two CNG dispensers. and is open to trucks 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

This is the second station to serve the ports area for cleaner fuel-burning trucks and the world’s largest station of its kind, according to Clean Energy Fuels.
