Parker Hannifin Corp.’s Racor Division has teamed with Tokyo-based Triple R Co. to market and sell bypass oil cleaners for the internal combustion engine market. The company says the Absolute Series oil cleaner, designed to increase engine and component life with an absolute level of filtration, eliminates the small 3- to 7-micron particles that damage engine components.
The oil cleaner improves engine reliability and contributes to the environment by conserving the use of environmentally damaging products such as used oil filters and waste oil, according to the company, and results in extended oil drain intervals and reduced wear.
