Bison Transport has recognized owner-operator Laird Copeland for achieving 2 million accident-free consecutive safe driving miles. Laird has been with the Winnipeg, Manitoba-based company since 1996.

“Safety is a top priority at Bison Transport, and it is with professional drivers like Laird that Bison has been named by the Truckload Carriers Association for the fifth consecutive year as having the lowest DOT (Department of Transportation)-reportable accident rate in over the 100 million mile carrier category,” says Garth Pitzel, director of safety and driver development. “We are proud to recognize Laird for his commitment to safety.”
