Penray announced that Zach Loveland has joined the company as a customer service representative based in the company’s office in Elk Grove Village, Ill., responsible for handling customer orders and service needs.
“Zach’s background in customer service makes him a great addition to our team,” says Erica Bryant, lead customer service representative. “His previous work in training and support makes him a valuable part of the company today and in the future.”
Loveland has spent the last five years in customer service positions, most recently as senior point-of-sale customer service representative for Global Payments.
