Flatbed hauler Hornady Transportation has honored William Anderson with membership into its Two Million Safe Mile Club and Chris Jackson and Charles Bodiford into its One Million Safe Mile Club in recognition of their outstanding driving records.

Driver Manager Pat Byers presented Anderson, who has driven with Hornady for 16½ years, with a television and power inverter for his truck. Anderson, a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, resides in Niceville, Fla.

Jackson, in his 9th year with Hornady, was presented with a Hornady jacket and One Million Safe Mile cap. Jackson also praised his driver manager, Larry Hildreth. “Larry is the best boss I’ve ever had,” he says. “When I need something, he makes sure I get it.” Jackson lives in Defuniak Springs, Fla., with his wife of 30 years, Terri.

Bodiford, who has driven for Hornady a total of 12 years, complemented his driver manager, Roger Smethers, also a former Hornady driver. “Roger has a good attitude and is pleasant,” Bodiford says. “He should give classes on how to be a driver manager.” Bodiford lives in Atmore, Ala.
