Empire Southwest announced that it has added a location in Blythe, Calif., to support the area’s agriculture market and on-highway truck service clientele. The new location is at 190 S. Intake Blvd., the former site of a truck service center H.H. Ramsey. Empire recently acquired Ramsey’s business assets and now offers bumper-to-bumper on-highway truck and trailer sales, parts and service from the facility.
Former Ramsey owner Dan Nasca is the new location’s parts and service manager. He also will continue to manage Ramsey’s towing services, which were not part of the Empire acquisition. Empire now also provides new and used machinery sales, rental, parts and service to the area’s agriculture industry. Products from Challenger, Massey Ferguson, Caterpillar, Claas, Lexion and other manufacturers are available.
Waymen Dekens, former owner of Dekens Implement C., has joined the Empire team and will focus on agriculture equipment sales and support, and work with Empire’s agriculture market manager, Tim Robinson, to ensure support to the agricultural customers in the Blythe area.
