FedEx Corp. announced that its FedEx Express business unit has completed the acquisition of the logistics, distribution and express businesses of AFL Pvt. Ltd. FedEx Express says the acquisition further enhances its international and India business offerings and continues a long-term commitment by FedEx to the growing Indian market.
