The Diesel Technology Forum announced that Terra Environmental Technologies is the newest member to join the forum, a nonprofit organization that promotes the use of the newest clean diesel technologies in the United States.

“We are extremely pleased to welcome Terra Environmental Technologies as a partner in the forum’s national effort to promote the newest and most efficient clean diesel technologies,” says Allen Schaeffer, DTF executive director. “With its popular clean diesel exhaust fluid that significantly reduces nitrogen oxide emissions, TET is a prime example of how companies are working to improve the environment and efficiency of diesel engines through clean diesel technologies.”

TET and its strategic partners manufacture and deliver DEF to help reduce nitrogen oxide emissions from diesel engines with selective catalytic reduction. CF Industries, Terra’s parent company, is a North American urea producer with multiple plants.

”We are pleased to be part of the Diesel Technology Forum and look forward to working with the forum and its membership to educate and to promote the economic, environmental and energy conservation benefits being realized through advanced diesel engine designs,” says Barry Lonsdale, president of Terra Environmental Technologies.
