Fleetline Products, a brand of Fontaine Spray Suppression Co., has earned Paccar’s top quality award, the 50 PPM award, for the second consecutive year. Only suppliers who have met the highest level of quality and warranty performance for a full calendar year are eligible.
“We were honored with the recognition from Paccar last year, and to claim this award again demonstrates the commitment that our sourcing, manufacturing and shipping personnel have to our customers,” says Doug Henson, president of Fontaine Spray Suppression Co. “We regularly discuss quality improvements with our employees, and recognition from our customers is the best validation of the quality message we try to teach and practice.”
To win the 50 PPM Award, a supplier has to achieve an approval rate equal to or better than 99.995 percent. Fleetline’s award is based on the spray suppression system parts it supplies to Paccar for heavy-duty Class 8 trucks assembled across all of the OEM’s North American facilities, as well as warranty claims on trucks already in service.
