The Healthy Trucking Association of America announced that it has entered into an alliance with Texas Motor Transportation Association in order to provide for the health and wellness needs of TMTA member fleets and their drivers. As a result of this association partnership, the employees of all TMTA member fleets will be eligible for HTAA member benefits.

“We are very pleased to partner with TMTA to provide benefits that will improve the health and wellness of the men and women who drive for Texas trucking fleets,” says Brett Blowers, HTAA spokesman. “TMTA has shown a true commitment to the wellbeing of its members, and our new partnership is another example of how TMTA goes above and beyond to provide its membership with an ever-increasing list of outstanding benefits.”

In order to introduce TMTA members to HTAA Health and Wellness benefits, TMTA fleet members and their drivers will receive complementary HTAA benefits for a trial period of six months. HTAA works with other associations like TMTA to further the goal of helping professional drivers get healthy and live longer lives.
