The American Trucking Associations announced that Oklahoma City-based refrigerated truckload carrier Freymiller has become its newest carrier member. A member of the Oklahoma Trucking Association and the Truckload Carriers Association, Freymiller is a family-owned fleet of 300 trucks providing coast-to-coast service with more than 40 years of experience in the trucking industry.

“With all of the issues facing motor carriers, particularly hours-of-service and truck productivity, it just made sense for us to join ATA,” says David Freymiller, chief executive officer. “Everyone in this industry needs to come together to make progress on these important efforts – we need ATA and ATA needs us.”

“At this time when the trucking industry is facing so many critical issues, Freymiller’s knowledge and leadership couldn’t be more valuable,” says Bill Graves, ATA president and CEO. “I’m pleased that they’ll be working with us and all of the 37,000 companies in our federation to achieve our common goals.”
