Saia Inc. announced that it has been named a “Best-in-Class” carrier by GlobalTranz, a logistics management firm based in Phoenix, specializing in carrier, supply chain and warehouse management. GlobalTranz rated carriers using several indicators, including on-time pick-up and delivery, customer service, driver professionalism and attitude, terminal staff, exceptions and overall performance.
Saia ranked at the top in each one of these categories. “We are very honored by this award and proud of our relationship with GlobalTranz,” says Mark Hamblin, Saia’s vice president of western division sales. “This recognition validates the wonderful service Saia provides its customers every day.”
