Chevin Fleet Solutions will be at this year’s FedFleet 2011 on July 26-28 in Orlando, Fla., to demonstrate its technology designed to streamline fleet management practices and reduce unnecessary expenditure.

Chevin says that through a series of interactive demonstrations, it will demonstrate how its flexible enterprise fleet management software can be used by federal agencies to gain complete visibility over excessive fuel consumption and reduce administrative burden, all while optimizing fleet utilization.

In addition, Ron Katz, Chevin’s senior vice president, will participate in a panel discussion focusing on fleet management information systems. Along with fellow industry experts Patrick McConnell and Marc Knight, Katz will discuss opportunities and pitfalls of implementing a software system and the best practices involved.

“With the increasing pressures of rising fuel costs, the ongoing influence of regulations and a raft of other market pressures, FedFleet gives us the perfect opportunity to help fleet managers improve their fleet management practices and more effectively manage their fleets,” Katz says.
