Tiremaax Pro, a product for automatic inflation and maintenance of trailer tires, was unveiled in August 2010 by Hendrickson Trailer Suspension Systems. The product makes its television debut on Fox Sports Network’s national television series “Motorhead Garage” on Sunday, July 31, at 11:30 a.m. ET. Check local listings for times and availability.

The show will feature Tiremaax Pro as part of a series of big rig episodes focusing on tractor-trailer safety and fuel savings technologies. Fox SportsNetwork also will run a repeat airing of the episode Monday, Aug. 1 at 4:30 p.m. ET in most areas.

“Motorhead Garage was looking for an innovative trailer product that tackles the major concerns affecting the industry today – cost savings, fuel economy and safety,” says Scott Fulton, director of new product development at Hendrickson Trailer. “Tiremaax Pro offers a solution to these issues by decreasing the amount of time and money fleets spend due to improperly inflated tires.”

Tiremaax Pro is designed to actively inflate or deflate tires to a preset pressure level. Its mechanical design balances tire pressure at every wheel position by continuously monitoring and adjusting tire pressure based on changing environmental conditions. With no electronics, transducers or pressure switches, Tiremaax Pro is designed to be versatile and easy to install and maintain. It may be combined with an array of Hendrickson-approved wheel-end configurations on any Intraax primary suspension system, Vantraax slider suspension system or TRLAxle trailer axle.
