Todco recently announced the promotion of Jay Sloan to district sales representative, responsible for servicing new and existing accounts, which include truck body and trailer manufacturers, distributors and end-users. Sloan serves the East Central Region sales territory, including Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, eastern Michigan and the western parts of Pennsylvania and New York.
Sloan began his career at Todco in 2002 as an assembler and later held data entry and order detailing positions. In 2004, he was promoted to customer service representative, assisting with the ISO certification application process. In 2007, he advanced to customer service manager, responsible for overseeing the administration of the customer service department, including telephone support and data entry.
