Arsenault Associates, provider of Dossier fleet maintenance software and solutions, is accepting entries for the 2012 Dossier Fleet Maintenance Software calendar photo contest.
“The Dossier calendar has been a huge success,” says Bob Hausler, Arsenault Associates vice president of marketing and technology. “We feature Dossier customer fleets, one for each month, and have distributed tens of thousands of calendars over the past few years. We’re looking forward to even greater participation for 2012”
Dossier calendars feature full-color photographs of fleet maintenance subjects – individual vehicles, fleet portraits and maintenance facilities. Along with a photo (in some cases more than one), each month includes a brief description of how that fleet uses Dossier to its best advantage.
The 2012 Dossier calendar will follow this same format. The fifth annual contest is open to all Dossier users in any fleet category, including trucking, construction, bus, government, waste handling, utility and more. Entry forms have been sent to all users by e-mail. They will also be available on the Arsenault.com Website or by calling 800-525-5256. The entry form provides specific contest rules and information. The deadline for entries is midnight Sept. 16.
Each contestant must submit one (or more) digital photo(s) of their fleet, shop, fuel island or anything of interest to other fleet managers, along with a brief statement about how they use Dossier fleet maintenance software to better control their fleet. Some examples include fuel savings, reduced costs and downtime, lower parts inventories or the like.
“Any explanation of how Dossier and/or Arsenault Associates helped the fleet will be fine,” says Hausler. The winners will be selected based on the quality of their photos and their user statements.
In addition to being displayed on the calendar, each of the winners will receive a special Dossier prize selected exclusively for them. One entry also will be chosen as the grand prize winner as the best fleet photo or statement for 2012 and receive a grand prize award and special placement in the calendar. All contest participants will receive a Dossier logo gift item.
The contest winners will be announced at the Dossier User Group Summit meeting in October. The 2012 Dossier calendars will be available later in the year.
