Utility Fleet Sales Ltd., headquartered in Bryan, Texas, announced that it has acquired the assets of Powerline Equipment Sales Inc., based in Wentzville, Mo. Terms were not disclosed. Utility Fleet will continue to operate the Wentzville facility as a sales, service, parts and rental location; the facility is 15 miles west of downtown St. Louis at the intersection of I-70 and I-64 across from General Motors’ Wentzville assembly plant.
The company will serve the electric utility, telecommunications, vegetation management, renewable energy lights and signs and industries. Utility Fleet will continue to specialize in bucket trucks, digger derricks, pressure diggers, boom trucks and related equipment, which Powerline Equipment Sales has done for 30 years.
