Sleep HealthCenters’ National Services Group, a division of Sleep HealthCenters, announced that it now is a multistate U.S. Out of Center Sleep Testing (OCST) provider accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). OCTS is defined as sleep testing performed in a location other than the sleep center, such as home sleep testing.

AASM accreditation enables sleep professionals to offer broader options to patients while demonstrating a commitment to quality diagnostic services. By achieving AASM Accreditation, sleep facilities ensure that patients receive the highest standards of quality care.

“Sleep HealthCenters’ National Services Group’s proactive sleep programs provide education, screening, diagnosis, treatment and reporting on sleep and sleep disorders,” says Paul Valentine, president and chief executive officer of Sleep HealthCenters. “We are able to provide out-of-center sleep testing and treatment in almost every state by working with a network of accredited sleep centers, currently numbering over 200. Receiving accreditation reaffirms our leadership and commitment to quality sleep health care.”
