Horton announced that it has expanded its QuickShip warehouse program to further improve its customer service. The company has now added a warehouse in Edison, N.J., to support growth in the Northeast region and to provide faster response to customer orders, reduce freight charges and get customers’ vehicles back on the road faster.

The QuickShip program was created to fulfill smaller, urgent orders, and it features expanded shipping hours with the goal of providing one-day ground delivery to most major markets and no more than two-day delivery to most other markets.

The program was launched with two locations in Fontana, Calif., and Lawrenceville, Ga. Along with the new location in New Jersey, the three warehouses each add 7,500 square feet of rack space and are located strategically to complement Horton’s facilities in Britton, S.D.; Carmel, Ind.; and Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

Included in the QuickShip warehouse program are remanufactured fan drives, repair and conversion kits, fans and other key products. “The addition of this warehouse location demonstrates our commitment to providing rapid response and quality service to keep our customers operating smoothly,” says Jeff Lindgren, senior vice president of sales.
