Supreme Industries Inc. announced that Kim Korth has been appointed by Supreme’s board of directors to the permanent position of president and chief executive officer. Korth has served as interim president and CEO of the company since February in order to provide Supreme’s board with the time needed to select the person most capable of providing the leadership needed to return Supreme to profitability and growth.

“During her term with Supreme as interim president and CEO, Ms. Korth has shown strong and effective leadership, as demonstrated by significantly strengthening the executive team, taking an aggressive approach in reducing costs and successfully completing a $45 million financing with Wells Fargo Capital Finance,” says Herbert Gardner, chairman. Gardner says Supreme has provided Korth with an employment agreement through Dec. 31, 2014.
