Nextran Corp. has purchased Premier Truck Centers, with locations in Birmingham, Tuscumbia and Madison, Ala. The Nextran Truck Center Birmingham business has been moved to the former Premier Birmingham location, which now provides truck sales, parts and service support for Volvo, Mack, Mitsubishi and UD Trucks, as well as being a service provider for GMC medium-duty trucks. The Nextran Truck Center Madison and Tuscumbia dealership locations will continue to sell and support Mack, Volvo and UD Trucks from the former Premier locations in Madison and Tuscumbia.
