Pegasus TransTech announced it signed a record number of new fleet and brokerage customers for Transflo scanning products in 2011. They include Transflo Express truck stop scanning, Transflo Now anywhere scanning, and the new Transflo Now for iPhone. The rate of new customer signups which include Con-way Truckload, LinkAmerica and James Brown Trucking is up 20 percent over those in 2010 and set a record for the fifth year in a row.

In addition to Transflo Now for iPhone, Pegasus TransTech introduced two other products this year. Transflo 2012, a forward-looking update of its flagship document management and workflow solution, as well as Transflo Web, an online document management system that allows fleets to process delivery documents, with added functionality to create and email invoices to shippers.

“We’re focused on providing our customers with tools to reduce costs and improve their overall operating efficiency,” said Bob Helms, chairman and CEO of Pegasus TransTech. “The Transflo 2012 update provides even more tools to accomplish that goal, both now and in the future.”

At the same time, the Transflo Express network expanded to more than 800 locations across the United States and 23 new locations in Canada. Transflo Express is available at all Pilot, Flying J, and Love’s truck stops.

Helms said Pegasus TransTech has seen wide adoption in 2011 of both Transflo Now in-cab anywhere scanning and the new Transflo Now for iPhone, which launched in July. An Android version will be available soon.

“The number of customers using Transflo Now has grown rapidly this year right alongside Transflo Express,” he said. “Fleets understand that reducing unbilled revenue significantly improves a fleet’s cash flow. And that’s what Transflo Express and Transflo Now do.”
