Bill Graves, president and chief executive officer of the American Trucking Associations, will be the keynote speaker at the Pegasus TransTech User Conference in Clearwater, Fla., on Wednesday, April 18. Pegasus TransTech is a provider of remote scanning, document management and workflow solutions for the commercial transportation industry; its customers include key ATA members.
