W&B Service Co. announced that Tracey Maynor has been named president and chief operating officer. John Chisolm, the owner of W&B Service Co., will remain as the company’s chief executive officer. Maynor will lead the day-to-day operations while working with Chisolm to implement the company’s new long-term strategy.
Maynor, who has served the transportation industry for more than 20 years, most recently was Hackney’s COO. He was with Great Dane Trailers for 10 years, working as a territory sales representative and director of national accounts, and also leading their factory-owned branch division. Early in his career, he was involved in fleet maintenance and transportation operations with PYA/Monarch Foodservice.
“Tracey’s diverse experience and outstanding customer focus makes him a perfect match for W&B,” Chisolm says. “He will take on a vital role in helping me develop plans for W&B’s strategic growth as well as expanding our product offering.”
