Estes Express Lines has opened a new 36-door terminal near Dayton, Ohio to support a consistent upward trend in business levels in the region. Located at 6295 Executive Blvd. in Huber Heights, the terminal employs 29 people; 17 of the employees are new hires, and 12 transferred from other Estes locations. The Dayton terminal provides additional capacity and support for Estes’ existing terminals in Cincinnati and Columbus.
“It is definitely a pleasure to be making such a positive announcement about the opening of a new terminal and the creation of new jobs,” says Ron Giordon, Estes regional vice president. “The addition of the Dayton terminal signals a positive growth trend in the transportation freight industry as our economy begins to rebound.”
