FleetPride, an independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, announced that it has acquired the assets of all of Fleet Brake’s U.S. operations; terms were not announced. This acquisition marks FleetPride’s entrance into the Idaho market and includes locations in Idaho Falls, Twin Falls and Pocatello. Utah acquisition locations include Vernal and St. George, bringing the total number of locations in Utah to three.
