Pegasus TransTech has announced Bill Graves, president and chief executive officer of the American Trucking Associations, as keynote for the Pegasus TransTech Users Conference in Clearwater, Fla., on Wednesday, April 18.

Graves will update the conference on recent accomplishments of ATA and the American Transportation Research Institute on transportation technology. “Gov. Graves will outline the challenges facing the trucking industry related to technology and their likely impact in the years to come,” says Karen Blanchard, director of marketing for Pegasus TransTech.

Graves served two terms as governor of Kansas before taking the reins of ATA in 2003. Born in Salina, Kansas in 1953, Graves grew up working in the family business, Graves Truck Lines.
