Recognizing the opportunity for companies to bring multiple members of their aftermarket leadership team to the Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium, event organizers announced a special discounted membership fee for this year’s event. After a company pays full price for three members of their company to attend GAAS 2012, the fourth member and any other subsequent employees can register at the rate of $250.
“For many years, the leaders of our industry have only been able to bring their management team to GAAS,” says Dennis Welvaert, GAAS chairman. “By offering this special discounted rate, we hope it makes it financially affordable to bring the up-and-coming young people in their company to an event like GAAS where the education and networking opportunities are top-notch.”
GAAS 2012, “One Industry, Endless Opportunities,” will be held Wednesday, May 16, and Thursday, May 17, at the Hyatt Regency near Chicago. Members of the associations that sponsor GAAS are eligible for discounted registration fees of $200 off regular rates when they register by Friday, April 13. A complete list of registration fees is available at www.globalsymposium.org/registration.shtml.
GAAS 2012 room rates at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare are $175 (single or double) and are guaranteed at this rate through April 13. Complementary guest room Internet is included in the discounted room rates. Reservations can be made by phone at 888-421-1442 or online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/auaf. Remember to mention GAAS 2012 to obtain the discounted group rate.
