Omaha Truck Center purchases Isuzu franchise

Omaha Truck Center Inc. announced that it has purchased the Isuzu truck franchise from Performance Isuzu Truck and will begin selling and servicing Isuzu trucks throughout Nebraska; terms were not disclosed. OTC Inc. will begin business as Nebraska Isuzu Truck at the 108th and L Streets location in Omaha.

“Purchasing the Isuzu franchise for Nebraska will allow our Truck Center Companies to offer even more choices to our customers throughout the state,” says Trey Mytty, OTC president. “We plan to increase Isuzu market share in Nebraska, using our 37 years of truck experience as a guide.” OTC also sells and services Isuzu trucks in Kansas, doing business as Kansas Isuzu Truck.

OTC has 12 businesses in Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa representing the Freightliner, Western Star, Isuzu, Sterling, Thomas Built Buses, GMC Medium Duty Service and Ottawa product lines. The company is headquartered in Omaha, Neb.
