Do you have a quality, one-of-a-kind driver that deserves recognition?

The nomination period for the 2013 Driver of the Year and Owner-Operator of the Year — run by the Truckload Carriers Association and CCJ sister site Overdrive — is open until Monday, Oct. 21.

All nominees must have at least one million consecutive accident-free miles. Company drivers must be nominated by their carriers. Owner-operators can be nominated by a carrier they have been leased to for three or more years. Independents can nominate themselves or be nominated by a spouse.

Three finalists for both awards will be announced in December. All six will attend TCA’s annual meeting in Dallas in March, where winners will be named.
