PS Logistics has announced that one of its subsidiaries has acquired all assets of Shelton Trucking Services, a 225-truck flatbed fleet headquartered in Altha, Florida. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. With the deal also comes Shelton terminals in Jacksonville, Florida, and Mobile, Alabama.
The Shelton acquisition continues PS Logistics’ acquisition strategy of buying smaller flatbed fleets. Since 2007, PS Logistics has acquired 11 trucking and brokerage operations.
