Verizon Connect has partnered with a national insurance company to add a new feature, Roadside Assistance, to its existing Reveal fleet management software platform. Roadside Assistance quickly connects fleet administrators and their drivers to 24/7 emergency roadside service.
When using the Live Map or the Field App in Reveal, Verizon Connect says its customers can access a set of cost-effective services to get their drivers back on the road as quickly as possible.
Key features of the program include:
- 24/7 on-demand Roadside Assistance anywhere in the US
- Available to new and existing Reveal US customers
- Includes all commercial vehicle types (LCV and HGV)
- Full-line of service options: towing, locksmith, battery boost, fuel delivery, winch service (for LCV only) and tire change
