Verizon Connect gets top user reviews in latest G2 report

Verizon Connect on TabletVerizon Connect announced that its fleet management products are ranked at the top in six categories in G2’s annual fall 2019 report.

G2 is a peer-to-peer review site with 2.5 million visitors per month. The site has user reviews to help others assess what products will work best for their own businesses.

Verizon products achieved the top rank in the categories of transportation management, fleet management, route planning, implementation (best/easiest to implement), relationship (best relationship) and usability (ease of use).

To be eligible, products in each category had to receive a minimum of 10 user reviews.

Verizon Connect said its top rankings in the G2 user reviews shows its “commitment to constantly innovating and providing new solutions for its customers.” Over the last 12 months, Verizon Connect has launched:

  • Integrated Video, an AI-enabled dash cam that intelligently classifies harsh driving events
  • Field Service Dispatch, which provides tighter integration between the fleet dispatchers and on-site service professionals
  • Navigation Mobile App, which helps provide drivers directions – based on vehicle and load types – to reduce miles driven and improve driver safety
