Last week the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration announced that it planned to gather public input on a proposed new rule to require the use of speed limiting devices on most commercial motor vehicles, resuming a process that had been tabled since early in the Trump administration.
CCJ is seeking input on how many fleets are already using speed limiting devices, and to what speeds those are set.
