Marathon Brake Systems Brake Shoes

Marathon Brake Systems’ OEM-quality brake shoes feature electro-deposition coating (E-coating) for rustjacking prevention and are built to withstand 1,000 hours of salt spray testing.

The shoes are manufactured from thick high-grade carbon steel to facilitate maximum life and safety and are seam-welded along the shoe’s entire table/web seam for added strength and durability while providing uniform, balanced braking performance and preventing “hot spots” that can shorten friction material life.
