Awaiting to cross a busy in-town highway to turn into a mall parking lot to make a delivery, box-truck driver John Doe thought a pickup driver had given him enough space to proceed with his turn. In a quick attempt to wheel into the lot, however, Doe clipped the pickup’s front corner. Was this crash preventable or not?
