It’s not every day that a truck company gets honored at the White House.
Such was the case recently for Altec which was given the opportunity to participate in President’s Trump’s “Made in America” product showcase in Washington.
Leading manufacturers around the U.S. were invited to participate in the July 17 event to mark the importance of manufacturing for economic growth and job creation in the U.S.
A U.S. made product from each of the 50 states was highlighted. Altec showcased their AN67 Aerial Device at the front entrance of the White House.
“Altec was honored to be asked to help represent the outstanding manufacturers throughout the country at the ‘Made in America’ product showcase at the White House”, said Lee Styslinger III, Altec Chairman and CEO. “I was particularly pleased with the event’s message to celebrate the American worker and the important contribution each of them make to the success of this nation.”
Altec is a leading equipment and service provider for the electric utility, telecommunications, contractor, lights and signs, and tree care markets. The company provides products and services in more than 100 countries throughout the world.
