Video released by the Nevada Highway Patrol shows a deadly crash involving a semi that crashed into four vehicles that had stopped for road construction on U.S. Highway 93.

Two men were killed in the July 18 wreck while three others were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the tractor-trailer who NHP say was responsible for the crash was among the injured and admitted to driving while drowsy.

The driver, whose name has not been released, first struck a Toyota Corolla then a Nissan Titan, a semi and finally a Chevrolet Malibu around 6 a.m. near Interstate 15. The vehicles had stopped for a construction flagger whose shown in the video below running out of the path of the oncoming truck. The driver may face charges.

Two men riding in the Corolla were thrown from the vehicle and died from blunt force trauma, according to fox5vegas.com.

“Drowsy driving is just as bad as if you were intoxicated or texting and driving…it impairs your ability to drive a vehicle,” NHP Trooper Jason Buratczuk said.
