A reverse lock is now available for Ridewell’s RLT-230 “Light-Trac” Self-Steering Integrated Suspension System.
The main advantage of this fully automatic kit is that it allows the steering mechanism of the suspension system to self-center and lock, so that the vehicle can back up with the axle down and loaded. Features include pneumatic engagement, few moving parts, standard type 20L brake chambers and automatic engagement of the locking mechanism controlled by a three-way solenoid valve. Also new on the RLT-230 are adjustable stops to control turning angle that have been added to the fabricated axle assembly, and a lighter weight, lower cost hub and drum for stud-piloted wheels.
The new RLT-230 pusher weighs 924 pounds with a 13,200-pound load capacity.
