USA Truck was acquired by DB Schenker in June 2022 for approximately $435 million, and DB Schenker was subsequently acquired by DSV in April 2025. Prior to its own acquisition, DB Schenker had been shopping USA Truck, and DSV decided to divest the asset almost immediately.
