Website resources include access to Miller’s welding experts, downloadable owner’s manuals, a product selector function and an expanded library of application and technical articles.
Online buying comes as a result of customer requests online. Visitors can browse Miller products online and then put them in a virtual shopping cart. When they want to make a purchase, the Miller site transfers the shopping cart to a local distributor’s online store.
The new website is also customizable. Visitors are asked to answer questions, and the product selector then displays products that best meet the users’ needs.
