Dana Corporation’s Spicer Driveshaft Group has introduced a new eFulfillment Center at its website (www.spicerdriveshaft.com) which, according to Spicer, simplifies and accelerates the ordering and delivery of sales and service literature, videos and other items related to the company’s lineup of light-, medium- and heavy-duty driveshaft assemblies.

Once connected to the site, users can click the “Literature on-line” link to access the Center and order the desired items, which are shipped within 24 hours. Registration takes minutes, requiring only a user name and password.

The new eFulfillment Center offers 17 publications, plus videos and CDs under the heading of “Service.” Information ranges from lubrication guidelines and service manuals for all Spicer driveshafts to installation techniques and troubleshooting guidelines.

Most of the printed information is available for download in PDF format for quick and easy viewing. A link from the website lets you get a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, which serves as the viewer for the electronic manuals.
