Truck-Lite’s Model 12 combination lamp has an optical lens design that gives one lamp that is mounted at a 45 degree angle the ability to function as two lamps.

The combination side marker and clearance lamp measures 3 inches long, 1.6 inches wide and 1.4 inches high. It is designed to operate at 14 volts and .11 amps. The circuitry is encapsulated in epoxy. It has a three-year limited warranty.
