The Triangle Group, DuBois, Pa., is taking applications for its 2002 Brake and Suspension School. The curriculum is designed for novice and experienced counter, sales and shop personnel using a combination of lecture, video and hands-on instruction.
Brake topics covered include air and hydraulic system design, balance, failure analysis, ABS, and maintenance practices. The suspension sessions address constant and progressive, as well as full tapered spring design and failure analysis, tractor and trailer suspension types, and steer-axle and suspension maintenance.
With two sessions in the spring and another two in the fall, the three-day courses will be held at the Triangle Training Center in Brentwood, Tenn., just outside Nashville.
