TydenTek’s VeriTote is a polypropylene tote that has a TydenTek electronic cargo security seal built in. It is ideal for pharmaceuticals, criminal evidence, jewelry and more. The DataSeal eliminates the need for visual inspection and manual data registration, saving shipping and inventory time, the company says.
After valuables are enclosed in the VeriTote and the DataSeal is activated, details of every opening and closing of the seal are recorded and stored. The data can be verified remotely with a DataReader even while cargo is in transit.
