The award was presented at a special dinner honoring Joe at the annual meeting of the Technology & Maintenance Council of the American Trucking Associations in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The dinner was cosponsored by CCJ, Allison Transmission, ChevronTexaco, Goodyear Tire & Rubber and Volvo Trucks North America.
